I basically intend to start a routine of running three times a week to begin with and then hopefully increasing it to every weekday.
As well as that I plan on cooking healthier meals a hell of a lot more and relying less on the takeaway menus.
The biggest ask though which I am sure will by no means happen is the idea of going tee total... I honestly (not even just as a result of last night) don't find the appeal in any of it at the moment.
Finally, I hope I can continue with the current success of family life, completely erase a certain ex out of my world and work dead hard to do well in my exams :-)
Oh, and get a job? That'd be nice...
