As someone who downloads/actually goes into a record store and buys a physical CD or vinyl I have been holding out for Limewire to shut down for ages. I am positively thrilled with this news. Just one great laugh out loud to everyone I know who looked down on me for choosing to support artists and not steal their songs.
Yes, that's right, you heard me, DOWNLOADING MUSIC ILLEGALLY IS STEALING.
Don't get me wrong though, I'm not stupid, I have no doubt at all that you sponges will find another way to get round the system that is there to protect your favourite bands' property.
